Fikret Yaltrakli was born in 1957. He began his  career as an artist in Istanbul. As an external student he visited courses in Philosophy and Aesthetics at Istanbul University.
Since 23 years he is painting in oils and aquarelle.

During this time he had ten exhibitions - amongst others in Istanbul, Ankara, Berlin and Bolu.

The artist reflects in his work nature. This nature is not seen as a static, but always changing under the influence of man. Through nature man is forced to act aesthetically, this is one of his elementary expressions.
