Location Şirince is a small village that already started a form of eco tourism some years ago. The inhabitants developed skills like wine making and other handicrafts into micro tourism businesses. Parallel they began to restore and renovate the old houses of the town as pensions and small hotels, but carefully protected the local style. The nearby city of Selçuk is a well known tourism destination, because of its important antique sites like Ephesus, St.Jean and St.Mary. |
