In context to our UNDP - GEF Small Grants Programme (SGP) Project we try to raise awareness of the population of  Akçapınar, a neighbour village of Akyaka, concerning their precious stork population.
 

We see the possibility to create a sustainable turizm, because the local stork population is after a dramatic decrease in the last 10 years,  now again stabile with in the moment 17 nests.

After the "storkwalk"(2hrs) we  had Ayran and Pide, a simple and traditional turkish  lunch.
