One of the most beautiful wetlands of the  Muğla Province,
the Yuvarlakçay River is being destroyed!

Is the newly constructed Akköprü Dam on the Dalaman River not enough? Or has it been so badly planned, that now this beautiful river and its nature has to be eradicated, too???

The Yuvarlakçay River has been beautiful with its huge Plane Trees, its lively waters and its rocks. Along it people are living, striving. Just a s a reminder the Yuvarlakçay River is home to more than 100 bird species and the globally protected Fishotter!
